CHORICO AND PEPPERS 
1 lb. chorico
2 lg. onions
1 can tomato paste
6 lg. peppers (green), chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 sm. jars of Ragu sauce

Fry onions, garlic, and chorico in pan with a little olive oil. Then put in tomato paste, simmer a few minutes. Add the chopped peppers, cook until peppers are soft. If there's much water when cooked, just drain, then add Ragu sauce. Delicious on Portuguese rolls.
