EASY RHUBARB JAM 
7 c. chopped rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 can blueberry pie mix
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello

Boil rhubarb, sugar and pie mix for 10 minutes. Add Jello, stirring well. This is also good using apricot pie mix and apricot Jello.
