GRILLED TOMATOES AND MUSHROOM
CAPS
 
6-8 sm. tomatoes
6-8 lg. mushrooms
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. minced onion
Salt
butter

Wash tomatoes and slice off stem ends. Wash mushrooms and remove stem. In shallow baking pan arrange tomatoes, spread with mustard, sprinkle with minced onion and salt. Dot with butter. In another shallow baking pan arrange mushrooms, rounded side down. Sprinkle with salt and dot with butter. Broil all, 4" from heat, 12 to 15 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve each tomato topped with a mushroom cap.
