QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 med. onion, diced
Salt, pepper to taste
Desired amount of cooked noodles

Brown onion in a small amount of butter until transparent, then add ground beef and brown. Stir in soup and one-half can of water and rest of ingredients. Let simmer about 15 minutes and serve over cooked noodles. Serves 4.
