OATMEAL PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. flour
2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. softened butter
1 c. semi sweet chocolate pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine condensed milk and peanut butter until blended. Set aside. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients except chocolate pieces. Mix until crumbly. Press half of crunch mix into prepared pan, spread with peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Top with remaining crumbs. Pat down lightly. Bake 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars.
