1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Topping of your choice, strawberries are very good

Melt butter over medium heat. Blend in sugar and cinnamon. Stir in cereal until well coated. Spread on cookie sheet to cool. Scoop ice cream and roll in cereal. You may have to pack cereal around each ball to get a good coating. Cover balls and freeze. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving and spoon on your favorite topping.
