1 c. raisins, optional
1 c. nuts
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 container Cool Whip
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 boxes butter cookies
Coconut, sm. pkg.
Cherries, sm. jar

Cream melted butter and sugar. Mix in nuts, pineapple and raisins. Fill middle and top of cookies. Stack 4-5 to a stack then ice each stack sides and top with Cool Whip, sprinkle with coconut and add a cherry to top. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
