FAST CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 c. scalded milk
6 tbsp. Crisco oil
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
6 c. sifted flour
1 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Combine milk, oil, 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm by adding 1 cup water. Add yeast; mix well. Blend in eggs and gradually add flour. Mix well until blended and sticky.

Roll out dough 3/4 inch thick on well floured board. Spread with melted butter, sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Cover bottom of pan with melted butter. Roll and cut 1 inch thick. Place cut side down. Rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Top with icing.
