PIZZA SAUCE 
4 qts. chopped tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1 sweet red pepper
1 sweet green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
2 tsp. salt

Wash, scald, skin, chop and measure tomatoes. Peel onion, discard pepper seeds. Finely chop onions, peppers and garlic. Mix all ingredients. Cook until thick. Put into jars and seal. Process pints 30 minutes; quarts 45 minutes, in boiling water bath. Makes 6 to 8 pints.
