SQUASH CASSEROLE 
Yellow squash
1 onion
Grated carrot
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream mushroom soup
Small jar of pimientos
1 stick butter
1 box cornbread stove top dressing

Slice squash, saute until tender. Drain some juice off, then mash up squash. Add onion, carrot, sour cream, soup and pimientos. Melt butter. Take season packet of box of dressing, pour in bowl with butter. Put most of squash mixture for 1st layer, 2nd layer use most of bread mix, 3rd layer place the rest of the squash and bread mix. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees or until bubbling.
