SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook 6 ounces of spaghetti according to package directions; drain (should have about 3 1/4 cup spaghetti). Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate.

Make spaghetti sauce. Cook sweet sausage.

Spread ricotta cheese over bottom of spaghetti crust. Fill pie with tomato sauce. Put sausage in layers with sauce. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
