2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. Coke
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Sift dry ingredients together. Bring Coke, butter and cocoa to a boil, then pour over flour mix. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and marshmallows. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Pour icing over hot cake. Let cool before cutting. Frost with Coke Icing.

COKE ICING:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
6 tbsp. Coke
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, nuts and vanilla together in bowl. Set aside. Bring butter, cocoa and Coke to a boil. Pour Coke mixture over sugar mixture. Beat well and pour over hot Coke Cake. Let cool before cutting.
