2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. almond extract

In a large 2 to 3 quart ungreased casserole beat eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in the casserole in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove and beat with a spoon while hot; cool. When cool enough to handle, roll into 1" balls and roll in granulated sugar. Store in an air tight tin.
