FROZEN CHERRY SALAD 
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling (Comstock brand)
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange sections
4 oz. Cool Whip brand frozen topping
4 oz. whipped cream cheese

Line a glass loaf pan, bottom only, with waxed paper.

In a large bowl, let Cool Whip and cream cheese set out several minutes to soften. Gently cream together. Add pie filling. Gently mix in drained orange sections. Pour mixture into glass loaf pan. Cover with tight tin foil on plastic freezer wrap. Freeze overnight.

To Serve: Fill sink with 2 inches of very hot water. Set glass loaf pan in sink for a few minutes. Invert loaf pan onto plate, slice into servings. Store in freezer. Always a big hit!
