RED BEAN SALAD 
2 c. drained kidney beans
1/4 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 chopped pickles
2 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix lightly with 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Chill. Serve on salad greens. Garnish with cheese. Serves 6.
