1/2 box raisins (about 1 1/2 to 2 c.)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. boiling water

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. oil
Dash of salt

2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten

Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes in 3 regular sized vegetable cans that are 1/2 full and greased.
