HOT CLAM DIP 
2 c. minced clams with juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 finely chopped onion
Garlic salt
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Paprika
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese

1. Simmer clams and lemon juice in a saucepan for 15 minutes.

2. Melt butter in frying pan. Add all ingredients except bread crumbs, paprika and cheese.

3. After 15 minutes, combine clams and butter mixture.

4. Add bread crumbs.

5. Pour into ovenware serving dish. Top with grated Velveeta. Sprinkle paprika on cheese.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
