LEMON MERINGUE DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. Keebler club crackers
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 can Thank You lemon pie filling
8 oz. Cool Whip

In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan melt butter. There are 3 packages per box. Crush crackers fine and pat down in melted butter. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar. Beat again until shiny and pour over crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. After it cools. Spread lemon pie filling over top. Then cover top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 12 servings.
