JAPANESE PIE 
2 eggs, beaten well
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 c. coconut (Angle Flake)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients, pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Pie will be shaky in the middle but will set when cooled.
