LENTIL/BARLEY STEW 
Oil
Onions
Celery
1 can tomatoes
1 c. lentils
1/2 c. barley
2 c. water
Rosemary to taste
Basil to taste

Put oil in a Dutch oven and saute onions, celery and rosemary. Add 1 large can tomatoes, lentils and barley. Add water. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Great with warm bread.
