SOUTHERN CHEESE GRITS 
1 3/4 c. instant grits
6 c. water
3/4 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Cook grits in water; set aside. Mix melted butter and eggs together with cheese and salt. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
