SPINACH SALAD 
2 lbs. fresh spinach
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 Vidalia onion in rings
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. croutons or bread crumbs
6 slices bacon, crumbled
2 eggs, boiled (opt.)
Celery Seed Dressing (Colonial) or bacon dressing

Fresh spinach hand torn in boil, sliced onions and mandarin oranges, mushrooms, bacon, eggs and bread crumbs; mix well together and refrigerate until cold.
