2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chipped beef, chopped
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Combine all ingredients except cream cheese. Beat cream cheese until soft. Add to mixture. Form ball and roll in nuts or parsley.
