CHIPPED BEEF BALL 
2 pkgs. chipped beef, shredded
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk (or enough to make cream cheese easier to work with)
1/4 sm. green pepper chopped fine
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 sm. can chopped black olives (or 12 pitted black olives chopped fine)
Ground nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients well and form a ball. Chill for several hours. Before serving, roll ball in ground nuts and serve with crackers.
