PORK CHOPS WITH HOMINY 
4 pork chops
3 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. minced green pepper
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can hominy, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Place chops, onion and green pepper in skillet with butter, brown. Meanwhile, place browned chops on top. Blend together remaining ingredients in skillet drippings and pork chops. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
