2 c. rhubarb, chopped
2 c. pineapple juice
2 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. raw apples, chopped

Cook rhubarb together with pineapple juice until soft. Remove from heat, add Jello and stir well. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce leaves.
