BEEF OR PORK BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together, simmer 30 minutes, covered. Use any leftover beef or pork roast, about 1 pound.
