BURRITO OR TACO FILLING 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained

Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Cook until heated through. Serve in flour tortillas or taco shells. Yields 6 servings.
