PIZZA SAUCE 
2 sm. cans tomato paste
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. sweet basil
1 pinch red pepper
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. sugar (or to taste)

Mix in blender and use or store freezer. It can be used as a tomato base for many Italian recipes. Do not overcook.

This removes acid taste.
