CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 head of cabbage
1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz.) can
1 c. raw rice
1 can tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
Salt and pepper

In a skillet, brown meat. Add onion and pepper. After onion, pepper are wilted, add cabbage, raw rice and tomato sauce. Mix well. Pour mixture in a casserole dish and add water. Pour Rotel tomatoes over the top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
