REUBEN DIP 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated swiss cheese
4 oz. sliced corned beef (finely diced)
1/4 c. chopped, drained sauerkraut
2 to 3 tbsp. milk

Heat all ingredients in a small sauce pan over low heat. (Thin with milk if necessary). Serve with rye snack sticks.
