CHICKEN LOAF 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2-2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 can #303 Chinese fried noodles
1/2 c. blanched almonds

Cook butter, flour, milk and bouillon cubes until smooth, stirring constantly. Cool. Mix with eggs, mayonnaise, chicken, noodles and almonds thoroughly. Put in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes until golden brown. Let cool in pan before removing. Serve with cream sauce (recipe below).

CREAM SAUCE:

1/2 c. diced canned mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk

Stir on low heat and heat until smooth. Serve on side for chicken loaf.
