PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix, bake and cool
1 can cherry pie filling
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding (prepare as directed)
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 sm. jar cherries
Sm. amount of finely chopped nuts

Crumble half of cake into bottom of bowl. Put 1/2 can pineapple and spread around. Put 1/2 can of cherry pie filling and spread. Put 1/2 of vanilla pudding, spread around. Put 1/2 of Cool Whip and spread around. Then crumble another half of cake and repeat layers of remaining ingredients in order. Top with cherries and nuts as decorations. Can use strawberries instead of cherries.
