2 c. cooked chicken
1 jar mushrooms, drained (4 1/2 oz.)
4 green onions (1/2 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Sprinkle chicken, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in plate. Beat the rest until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. bake uncovered until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6-8.
