2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
Butter, size of a walnut (about 2 tbsp.)
1 c. cream
1 tsp. maple or vanilla flavor

Boil until it forms a soft ball. When dropped in cold water. Beat until creamy and then add 1/2 pound peanuts and turn out on buttered plate.
