1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) box Crispix cereal
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter in large pan. Add peanut butter and chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add cereal and stir carefully until well coated. Put 1 cup powdered sugar in a paper sack or large zippy bag with 1/3 of cereal mixture and shake to coat. Pour on cookie sheet and cool. Repeat with rest of mixture. Store tightly covered. Sneak a few pieces to the dog.
