CHRISTMAS PUDDING 
1 egg
1 c. molasses
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
Nutmeats & chopped dates

Mix all ingredients for pudding. Steam in a double boiler until done. (Firm.)

SAUCE:

1/2 sm. container Cool Whip
1 egg yolk, mixed with 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together Cool Whip and egg yolk/sugar mixture. Then add egg white and vanilla. Pour sauce over before serving.
