1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 bar German chocolate, grated
8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, sour cream and eggs together. Add chocolate chips and grated chocolate bar. (Keep some for topping.) Mix by hand. Bake in tube pan in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes to 1 hour.

Frosting: Mix butter and cream cheese, add powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Frost cake and sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
