PALM HEARTS AND CHICKEN 
1 cooked chicken, cut in sm. pieces
2 c. cooked palm hearts
1 c. peas, cooked or canned
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs, beaten
Grated Parmesan cheese

Place a layer of the chicken in a greased baking dish, next a layer of peas, then palm hearts cut lengthwise. Cover with a layer of cheese (grated Mozzarella). Then start over, making more layers depending on the size you want it. Pour the beaten eggs over the last layer. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to well cover everything. Bake in slow oven for 20 minutes.
