BANANA CREAM PIE 
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
12 sugar substitutes
1/8 tsp. salt
2 lg. bananas
Whipped topping
Pastry shell, baked

Blend flour with 1/2 cup cold milk. Scald remaining 1 cup milk and add flour, milk mixture; add egg, lemon juice, vanilla, sugar and salt. Cook in top of double boiler, stirring until thick, slice bananas into baked cooled pie shell. Spread cooked mixture over bananas and top with whipped topping. Serve immediately.
