PICKLED BEETS 
2 c. water
2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Select small beets. Cook until tender, dip in cold water. Peel. Pour above mixture over beets and bring to boil. Boil 10-15 minutes. Pack into sterilized jars and seal.
