BROCCOLI BREAD 
1 box Jiffy corn bread
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
1 stick butter
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients, adding corn bread last.

Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 400°F for 25 minutes. Serve while hot.

Serves 12.
