PENNE DI PARMA 
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup light cream
3 cloves garlic
1 lb penne or ziti
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup grated parm cheese
3/4 cup prosciutto, sliced
4 scallions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup milk

In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter, add garlic, peas and scallions. Cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add prosciutto, milk and cream. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; simmer uncovered for about 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Combine sauce with pasta and let mixture sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Great dish. Quick n easy and good for the apprentice. 3 things: it didn't mention when to add the parsley or parm cheese and I wasn't sure what light cream was. It could have been cream cheese, whipping cream, or even sour cream. A clarification would have been nice.
