RASPBERRY BAR COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter, softened 1/4 c. shortening 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. rolled oats 1 c. raspberry preserves 1/2 c. walnuts, cut Cream sugar, butter and shortening in mixer well. Add flour mixed with salt and soda. Add the rolled oats last. Press half of mixture on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Carefully spread the raspberry preserves over mixture. Top with remaining crumble mixture. Sprinkle with walnuts and press lightly. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees and cut into bars. |
