FUDGE PIE 
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

CRUST:

1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. salt
2 c. all-purpose flour

Pat into 2 pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.

Melt butter in heavy saucepan, add sugar and cocoa. Stir well, add eggs and stir. Do not beat. Add milk and vanilla. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
