QUICK AND EASY POTATO SOUP 
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 pkg. frozen potatoes O'Brien
4 c. milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

Fry bacon in soup pot until crisp. Add 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk, salt and pepper. Heat to serving temperature, stirring constantly. Garnish with croutons.
