ERIC'S PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES 
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate baking bar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and salt; set aside. Melt butter and chocolate, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.

Combine sugar, eggs and vanilla extract; beat well. Stir in chocolate mixture. Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan. Place peanut butter in pastry bag. Squeeze 4 rows of peanut butter on top of brownie mix. Drag butter knife vertically across rows of peanut butter. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into 2-inch squares. Makes 16 brownies.
