HOMEMADE CHICKEN POT PIE 
Take 1/2 chicken off bone after cooking it for 4 hours until it falls off bone easily. Add to it, mixed vegetables (20 ounce) bag, 1 1/2 cup chopped potatoes, and 3 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken. Bake this in oven at 300 degrees for 2 hours or cook in slow cooker for 3 hours. Line a cake pan or 10 inch cast iron skillet with Bisquick biscuit mix. Pour the baked chicken mixture into the crust and cover with another Bisquick biscuit crust. Bake until golden brown. Cover with cheese and serve.
