HOLIDAY CHEESE LOG 
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. crumbled roquefort cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. finely chopped green olives with pimientos
1 c. finely minced curly parsley

Combine cheeses, olives and enough sour cream to bind together. Chill until firm enough to form log. Form log and roll in parsley. Garnish top of log with pimientos from olives forming 3 "V" shapes. Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
