BACON, CHICKEN CUTLET
WATERCHESTNUT WRAPS
 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. soy sauce
3 crushed garlic cloves
2 cans water chestnuts
1 lb. bacon
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger root
2 tbsp. sherry
4 chicken breasts

Wrap water chestnuts with sliced chicken cutlets, wrap this with bacon (cut strips in 1/3 length, 1/2 wide). Marinate at least 4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then broil. They melt in your mouth and are great reheated.
